ALCI Council, in collaboration with its Events Manager/Administrator, ensures transparent communication by advertising the type and quantity of Credentials available at each ALCI event for ticket holders. Following every ALCI event, all attendees are required to complete an Evaluation form/Survey in order to apply for their Certificate of Attendance/CERPs. The link to access this form will be sent to the email address used during ticket booking within a few days post-event. The Evaluation form/Survey remains open for two weeks after each event, and Certificates of Attendance are distributed via email to those who complete the Evaluation form/Survey within one week of its closure. This measure is necessary for ALCI to comply with IBLCE regulations, ensuring accurate attendance confirmation for each presentation on every event day. Should you require the survey to be reopened after the closing date, an administration fee of €10 per requested Certificate will apply.
